As extreme weather becomes more frequent, millions of people will be forced to leave their homes and move elsewhere.

▪️ 15 Million people are threatened in #Ethiopia #Somalia and #Kenya by extreme drought!

▪️ 50 Million people a year are displaced by flooding!
